Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TripRun. By using the service, you agree to them.
Effective August 31, 2026Using TripRun
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use TripRun lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the trip information you choose to share.
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, violate another person’s rights, or use TripRun for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
Trips, invitations, and user content
You keep ownership of information you add to TripRun. You give us a limited permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and improve the service.
Trip organizers control invitations and shared trip content. Anyone with access to an invitation may be able to request access, so organizers should revoke links that were shared accidentally. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to enter another person’s email address or information.
TripRun is a planning tool
TripRun does not provide travel, lodging, transportation, financial, insurance, or emergency services. Reservations, confirmations, schedules, costs, weather, and third-party details should be verified directly with the relevant provider. We are not responsible for cancellations, missed reservations, injuries, losses, or disputes between travelers or providers.
Plans, trials, and payments
Prices and included features are shown before purchase. One-time passes apply to the identified trip. Recurring plans renew at the displayed billing interval until canceled. When a trial requires a payment method, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the end of the stated trial unless canceled beforehand.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel an eligible subscription from TripRun’s Billing area. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not erase the current paid period. Taxes, refunds, and legally required rights may vary by location and purchase channel.
Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep TripRun available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may limit or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for TripRun or others.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripRun is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripRun will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or travel-related losses.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. These terms are governed by applicable law, and disputes will be handled in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree otherwise.
